CFMGo: FAQ
As we continue our system transition to CFMGo and the training sessions that accompany that process, some common questions have come up. CFM's Agency Development Representative, Danny Miller, has answers to help ensure your time spent quoting in CFMGo is a breeze.
Q: When are claims reports run during a quote in CFMGo?
A: Claims reports run when you select the “Create Application” button. Any existing claims will appear under the Loss History section on the left, and premium will adjust according to any applicable claims.
Q: When will the system warning to attach photos disappear?
A: The warning indicating to attach photos of each structure never disappears, regardless if you have attached photos to the quote. It will not stop you from submitting your policy, but our underwriters may request pictures at any time if they are not attached to the policy.
Q: How should acreage be listed on a new quote in CFMGo?
A: Acreage should be listed by location, not totaled up for the entire policy. On each Location tab, please enter the total number of acres for that location specifically in the acreage field.
Below is a list of upcoming virtual CFMGo training sessions. Please take advantage of these training opportunities—we'll even discuss the ins and outs of the CFM Agent Dashboard.
