CFMGo System Transition
Policies began moving from BriteCore to CFMGo this month.
As we continue our system transition to CFMGo, we have set up a process for active policies in BriteCore to be migrated to CFMGo. This process will take over a year to complete. It’s imperative that we communicate clearly so agents know where policies are located and how to find them.
Below you will find a timeline when to expect the migration process to begin and information to be aware of during the policy migration process.
Farmowners Policies
Beginning in June, August 1st, 2024 renewals will be migrated to the new system. Renewal Packets will be mailed approximately 45 days in advance of the effective date of the policy.
Homeowners Policies
Beginning August 15th, October 1st, 2024 renewals will be migrated to the new system. Renewal Packets will be mailed approximately 45 days in advance of the effective date of the policy.
Migration Notes to Follow
- Protection Class & Insurance Score Updates: As part of the migration process, the location protection class and the insured's insurance score will be updated.
- Set up “My Subscriptions” in CFMGo. This notifies agents via email when a policy has been moved from BriteCore to CFMGo. An email from Innovated Holdings will be sent to the producer’s inbox. - Spot check your Policies: While our Underwriting team is doing our best to migrate each policy, please ensure everything has been accounted for in CFMGo. For example: tractors, livestock, machinery, etc.
- Need to make a change or endorsement, or payment? Apply that endorsement on the policy in both BriteCore and CFMGo. For payments. please ensure you are applying them to the appropriate policy. If you ever are unsure, please call for assistance.
- Please do not quote an existing policy in BriteCore into CFMGo – Allow us to do the work to move the policy to the new system for you. This helps ensure the existing policy is migrated as a renewal policy.
- ACH Information: Our accounting team may be contacting your agency to gather ACH information if we do not have the information on file.
- Policy status in BriteCore (Link to screenshot) will update to “Non-Renewal (Migrated to GO)". Policies will be available for download via IVANS 30 days prior to the renewal date.
- Policy Search in CFMGo: Click “Advanced Policy Search” at the top left. (Link to Screenshot) From there, search by customer name and change to “Contains”. (Link to Screenshot)
- Coverages may have updated or changed As part of our migration process, we have implemented new Underwriting rules for our Farm and Home program. Please read through this attachment for more information. (Link changes attachment)
