As CFM continues to evolve in its underwriting guidelines and technology, the company recently made two staffing changes that will aim to advance CFM in these two important areas.
Robin Chambers has begun her new role as Systems Implementation Manager. In Robin’s new role, she will oversee and lead CFM’s implementation projects on CFMGo to ensure the system advances for the betterment of CFM and its agencies. Robin has been with CFM Insurance for over 9 years and has held roles in agency development and farm underwriting departments.
“Robin's background in Underwriting and Agency Support has been instrumental in the development of the Insurance Now (CFMGo) system,” says Bill Corwin, Assistant Vice President for Information Technology. “Her deep understanding of products from both the company and agency perspectives has contributed to creating a robust solution. Having her involved in Systems Implementation ensures that her expertise will continue to support Insurance Now and future product developments.”
Cindy Tolias began her new role as Director of Mutual Integrations and Underwriting. In Cindy’s role, she will help improve the Underwriting department’s efficiencies and processes across all products. Cindy has held a variety of roles during her 43½-year career with CFM.
“Cindy has been a familiar face to the agents as a representative of CFM,” says Joey Kenney, Vice President of Underwriting and Product Development. “Her knowledge and expertise will help us continue to provide the best service and products for our agents and policyholders.”
