Please keep these CFMGo updates in mind as your CFM customers' policies start their migration journey:
While some policies migrate successfully without having to be checked by Underwriting, others fail to do so and require the eyes of an Underwriter before they can move into CFMGo. We are utilizing new vendors in the CFMGo system, so please be aware that your customers are being reassessed in certain areas.
In reviewing certain policies more closely, it is possible that some coverages on your customer's policy could be updated. Those include their protection class rating, the rebuilding endorsement, which will roll on based on updated insurance scores, and reclassifying their inland flood score.
Here is a quick breakdown of where we are in the migration process:
Farmowners policies started migrating with August 1 renewals.
Homeowners policies started migrating with October 1 renewals.
On average, we are seeing a little over 100 policies migrating daily.
Home policies – Coverage E buildings now include Replacement Cost for Type 1 and Type 2 buildings.
All Farm policies now include the Comprehensive Machinery endorsement - Glass Breakage, Transportation, and Ingestion when scheduling machinery
There will be multiple deductibles for your different coverages – You can choose higher deductibles for Coverage A and lower deductibles for Coverage E and F.
Minimum deductible rules are built in for dwellings, buildings, and machinery.
Underwriting rules are built into the new system.
Overall, we are beyond excited for our agents that with the new CFMGo platform, all CFM policies can be quoted and managed in one system. Please reach out to our experienced and friendly Agency Developer, Danny Miller, with any CFMGo questions you may have. Thank you, as always, for your cooperation and patience as we transition to CFMGo, benefiting our agents, staffers, and policyholders.
